The May Queen and Maypole Dancing
The May Day fair sees the coming together of many old English traditions which are sure to get your feet moving and toes tapping – with the Aldbury Morris Men, much music & maypole dancing. Culminating in the crowning of the lovely May Queen.
For the High Rollers
Thrills, spills and lots of fun! There are rides, games, live music and much more. Just get yourself round to the school field and playground to delight in all manner of games & giggles.
Drink in the View
Everyone has their favourite tipple and this year you’ve got more choice than ever. We have the fantastic Greyhound pub, the Puddingstone Gin Bar and a Beer and Pimms Tent. A veritable crawl can now ensue! Of course there are all manner of other refreshments available on the day too.

‘We grow stuff and we know stuff’
Come and buy plants that haven’t travelled miles to get to you, all lovingly grown by our members. Perennial flowers, annual flowers and interesting veg – plus packs of ‘world-famous’ Aldbury rhubarb. The plants are great value and come with a smile and friendly gardening advice. You will find us on the Village Green outside the shop.
